Request account disabling & data deletion
- Send an email from your account’s email address to contact@savvy-app.com (or click the button below).
- We will verify ownership of your account and then disable it immediately.
- We will delete your data as described below, while retaining your email solely to prevent creating a new account.
Tip: Requesting from the email on your account speeds up verification.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, phone), authentication record (disabled), and verification status.
- Usage data: wallet items, favorites, redeemed/used deals history, follows.
- Device/notification tokens and in-app preferences.
- Support requests and attachments you submitted.
- Store content solely controlled by you (if you are a store owner) — subject to ownership verification.
What we keep (to prevent re‑signup)
- Your email address (or a salted hash of it) is retained to block creation of a new account with the same email. It is not used for any other purpose.
- Minimal audit/security logs and records required by law or to prevent abuse/fraud.
- Aggregated or de‑identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.
Timeline
- Immediate Account disabled after verification.
- Within 30 days Primary data removed from active databases.
- Up to 90 days Encrypted backups roll off and are no longer recoverable.
- Indefinite Email (or hashed email) kept solely to block re‑signup; minimal legal/abuse logs retained as required.
Savvy does not process in-app payments.
Important
- Disabling & deletion are permanent. You won’t be able to recover your account or saved items.
- If your store has multiple owners, we may verify ownership before removing shared content.
